Referral Policy

DO WE HAVE A REFERRAL POLICY?

We do yes! Any existing client can earn a commission on anyone they send my way!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Tell your sign-up to let me know you referred them. It's as simple as that! Whether you tell them about me through a blog post, an Instagram story, or face-to-face, as long as they mention your name before they sign their contract you will earn a commission. It is quite common in certain industries to be referred by more than one person, if this is the case the commission will be split equally between all parties mentioned. Please note, not everyone you send us will be an ideal client so we may not take them on, if this is the case, no commission will be paid.

HOW MUCH DO I EARN?

You will earn 10% of your sign-ups total spend of their first job. So for example, if someone you refer spends $8,000, you will get $800! Referral commission is only paid on the first job of a referral, if they book in for any additional jobs then no commission will be paid on these.

WHEN DO I GET PAID?

You will get paid on completion of their job AND invoice. I regularly set-up payment plans for clients that last 3, 4, or even 6 months. So while their website may be up and running in 2 months, they might still have 4 months left on their payment plan. Likewise, someone might pay fully upfront and their site won't be ready for another month. Your commission will be paid after both the invoice and the job are complete. If a client fails to complete their invoice or job, no commission will be paid.

PAYMENT:

Payment will be made through Paypal within 30 days of job completion. If you have an outstanding invoice with us, then your commission will be deducted from your remaining invoice total. If I do not have your Paypal address on record then you will be emailed and asked for it, you will have 30 days to respond to this email to receive the payment.
